This game certainly can become something great, as it it stands it's terrible. I will keep the game and watch it to see if it improves and perhaps change my review to reflect those changes, but yeah it's not much fun. I saw the bad reviews, but have been looking for a turn based space fleet game for a while now so I thought I'd give this a try. UI is really bad. It's hard to know what it is you can do. There's small icons in the top right that indicate your weapons, but you barely notice them and they don't tell you how much ammunition said weapons have. Destroying the asteroid on the second mission is just so painful I couldn't even complete it, just had to quit. The zoom in cinematics for every time you fire or your enemy fires gets so old so fast, that should be an option to turn off, which I would do so if I could. The graphics feel clunky and slow, yes my computer is a bit clunky and slow, but not that clunky and slow. Upgrading your fleet is also a painful UI and dear god don't...

Abandonware, do not buy.
This is probably one of the worst designed games i have ever played. Visually full of unnessesary clutter and horid colours and overall design choices; no one needs the text to be revealed slowly, no one needs the black backgrounds with those grey wabe struckures in it. Navigation in the overview and in combat is just bad. I managed to navigate my ship in the direction where i thought the other ship to be (because overview is basically nonexistent) After my ship was placed next to the other Ship out of nowhere shooting began but nothing told me that actually sth happened then i was totaly clueless as to what to do now and no clicking did anything and no interface was in sight to operate anything. After that i quit, i didnt want to bother. Dont buy it, please do yourself a favor and save that 20$
Loved the music, is very immersive, would like if the music changed according to the accion, like if you are surrounded it would be nice to have an action theme. Gameplay wise it was very satisfying and easy to play through. At start its a little complex there is a lot of information all at once but once you get to know the mechanics it becomes very fluid. Some bugs here and there but for an early early early access title is very complete. Would like more combat options, ship skins, and a more updated UI. Can't wait for multiplayer!
Really liked this game! It reminds me of the old fashion tactics. It's a little rough around the edges but this is going to get better, I hope. Cant wait for more content!
Hard pass on this one. Camera panning? Is that a feature you plan on adding later? Camera panning? Cluttered maps, clunky movement, sub-par graphics, out of sync (or missing) sounds. As gamers we've been dealing with EA titles fora while now. Some of them you can look at and see that sometime in the future, a good game is there. For this one? 10 years. Maybe 8. Avoid this one.
Really interesting concept, simple yet complex gameplay also the auto-engage feature is really nice, the developer is always willing to respond any questions and open for any suggestions, overall a good game.
I liked the graphics a lot, for an early access game they sure did a good job on it, the planets look very very good and the solar system screen where you select the missions looks very nice. I also liked how the strategy is position oriented, there is some combat going on under the hood and I really enjoyed that; if you make a mistake on where you position your ships you will pay for it greatly. The combat cinematics happens fast without notice, would like to have like a prelude of the combat situation, like an animation but other than that I enjoy the combat cinematics and how intense the battle gets once you zoom the camera in. Also I have to mention that the ship customization was great, it's nice to be able to modify your ships and have some under the hood buffs with the perks or whatever. Will love to see more content, missions, ships and weapons! BTW I loved the Shiva design!
Game has a lot of content for a new early access game. Good graphics. I like how the camera zooms in when weapons are firing and that you can zoom to look closer at your ship.
This game has a lot of potential. UI needs to be improved fast. As for gameplay I noticed that the ships fire on proximity and that the damage is done over time, placed the titan in front as a shield and the game started to feel real easy. I feel there is a lot to improve on this game and I hope the developer would consider adding an option to turn cinematic off under combat, and add more combat options like targeting and more. Close range auto combat or whatever added a different feel to the game other than a fixed turn strategy. I had this i need to rush feeling on my head all the time and it was fun. Gameplay can improve a LOT and I feel that if the developer give us more combat options it will make a great game.
