[i] My Experience [/i] I'm a big fan of top-down shooters, and I thought the graphic novel style of [b]Furies & Magazines[/b] might add a little something to the experience. While it certainly adds something, I'm not sure it's anything good. First off, a lot of Episode 1 is essentially a visual novel - you'll just be reading panel after panel of poorly-translated English, chapter after chapter, with no choices you can make about how the story moves forward. The chapters seem to vary quite a bit in terms of how long they are and how much actual gameplay they include. When you finally get to play, what's here isn't all that exciting, and it could use a tune-up. First of all, the game doesn't keep track of how many bullets you have in your pistol clip - and when you discard a clip to reload, you discard the whole thing (along with any bullets that you didn't shoot). Ivan Vinogradov is the victim of a top-secret project that was executed by CIA.
He was on the verge of death after the project was abruptly aborted, but is rescued by a CIA agent named Frank Connery.
