ENG: Although it is a bit tragic at times, it also has its funny moments. The plot is engaging and the characters interesting. Has 3 clear paths, just under 6 hours to read all 3. The Yuri is quite light, and does not occupy the main scene of the plot. I liked it. Me gustó.

About This Game
"For the purification of humanity!"
Kiss the Demiurge follows the story of Minori Nakahashi, a mage who has been tasked by a secret society to hide magic from the world. She feels intense feelings for other girls but has sworn off of love to dedicate her life to her mission, viewing herself as little more than a tool of the secret society.
One day she discovers a ""magic club"" while investigating a high school, made up of three delusional girls who mistakenly believe themselves to have magic powers of their own. One is a shy fortune teller whose predictions always go wrong, another claims she can hear ghosts, and the leader boasts that she's descended from a clan of magic samurai.
Minori is enraged by the very concept of the club, and transfers schools to infiltrate and destroy it. But to her surprise, she slowly finds herself falling in love with the girls of the club and is forced to question her mission and ideals.
The visual novel has three romantic routes and roughly ten hours of reading. There is only one choice, so the reader can simply enjoy the story without having to worry about getting a bad ending.

Kiss the Demiurge is a western visual novel about magic, overcoming trauma and most importantly: girls holding hands. While I initially thought that it would be a mostly lighthearted comedy with some dark undertones, I was surprised to find that the writing went beyond a few silly jokes and cute scenes between the girls and actually tried to tell a compelling story. While far from flawless, it turned out to be a perfectly serviceable story that managed to keep me invested in the characters and their internal struggles during the 10 hours that took me to read all 3 routes, especially towards the end of each route, where the writing really picks up the pace with some nice twists. Each of the girls had a great chemistry with the MC, to the point where it would be hard for me to decide which of the routes I liked the most. Art style is nice in general. Although I think there are some instances with room for improvement quality wise, I would say that character design is definitely one of...
Reads kinda like a Ryukishi, pretty cool. Magic is real.
I laughed! I cried! I went kissu kissu!
It might be their first work, but you can tell their put their entire hearts into this game. It's a little rough around the edges, but it's an engaging story that you won't regret reading!
Impactful and heartfelt, despite being very rough around the edges in many places. The time I spent with Minori, Tomoko, and Akane (sorry Chitori, haven't played your route yet) was something I did not expect to enjoy as much as I did. Definitely pay attention to the developers content warnings, but otherwise I highly recommend giving at least one route of KTD a shot; it might surprise you. I usually do more in depth reviews but just wanted to leave something quickly to help the developers out. Thanks for writing this one, YuriEureka team, I'll definitely be checking out whatever you do next.
Kiss the Demiurge is a fun yuri visual novel about magic and girls trying (emphasis on trying) to perform it. I just completed my first route and I'm excited to jump back in for the other two. While I noticed a few typos, I thought the writing was thoroughly engaging, and the contrast between the protagonist's thoughts and spoken dialogue provided a lot of humor.
Gonna be a bit of a longer review for me since I wanna give lesser known titles more love. Kiss the Demiurge is a roughly 9-10 hourish three-route slice of life, romance, and light fantasy kinetic yuri visual novel
though technically that fantasy moniker is false
. I will somewhat admit that, judging from the general vibes of the game, I went into it with slightly low expectations. I mostly picked it up because it was gay and had "Demiurge" in the title (I'm a religion nerd), and it was on sale. However, while I can't say my expectations were blown out of the water, I was actually very pleasantly surprised by this vn! the tl;dr is that if you like yuri, you like kinetic vns, and you like all your characters to have a healthy heaping of mental illness, I'd pick this up Negatives Since I usually don't have much bad to say about something regardless of any grievances I might have with it, I'll start there to get it out of the way —A few plot po...
