This is a gleefully gritty and violent love letter to both 80s horror films and 90s FMV adventure games. If you hate both, I'd say you should reevaluate your poor life choices. If you love both, $5 is a small price to pay for an hour of bizarre choose-your-own-adventure madness.

Think of Carrie as if Carrie had a conjoined twin and loved to play tennis.

Do you enjoy horror fiction? Look no further. BLOODY SERVICE is a dark, wild and unsettling love letter to 80’s slashers.
STORY
A board member of the exclusive Hilltop Tennis Club is the father of two conjoined twins—the mother died giving birth to them. Members from the Club hate the 16-year-old boys, but their father is too powerful, so they let them be. The twins love tennis; they play switching the racket from one hand to the other and they are quite good at it.
But when their father dies, things change fast. All his fortune goes to Sophia—a first cousin once removed—until the twins turn eighteen. Sophia hates them—she thinks they are some sort of God’s punishment—and they suffer a great deal. And on top of that, their membership from the Hilltop Tennis Club is revoked and they are publicly humiliated and openly bullied.
Some weeks later, the Hilltop Tennis Club organizes a party to celebrate 90 years since the opening and every member is there. Even though the conjoined twins aren’t invited, they decide to go to the party.
In BLOODY SERVICE you are a catering waiter serving rich people in an exclusive and quite boring party. But when the conjoined twins arrive…

It's really something else. I wasn't expecting a game with this depth and overall quality at this price! Looking forward to continue playing and try different paths! Highly Recommended.
This is cool. It definitely has a grindhouse vibe and it's also dreamlike. I have ADHD and it's a bit hard to understand all the lore in games but from what I do understand, the story is pretty interesting. I do think a single playthrough is a bit too short but at the same time there's a decent amount of things going on that you discover the more you play and replay trying different options. Some options don't seem to matter since they result in the same thing and it would be cool if there were more important choices changing what happens. I like the idea of moving objects from your pockets to your hands or vise versa but besides the scissors scene, the way you carry objects didn't seem to matter that much. I did notice different dialogue though like being asked if you have a tit if you put the ball in your shirt pocket. Edit: Another reviewer reckons the inventory placement really does matter. I didn't notice it mattering but perhaps I just didn't notice. I have most of them but ther...
Amusing slasher. With tennis puns. Scene with apples is hilarious. Game is actually best described by the devs themselves: "Think of Carrie as if Carrie had a conjoined twin and loved to play tennis."
This is an hidden gem. If you like visual novels and slashers, I highly reccomend it. The only thing a bit lame about it imo is that you only have one save slot. For example, let's say you get at the end of the game but you're missing and item for one of the endings, you will have to start over again to pick the item up. A skip button for the text you already read would be nice too, but it isn't much of a problem considering you can just spam enter and escape to skip the animations.
Mixed feelings. Doesn't overstay it's welcome- but is nonsensical.
4/5 - Punchy, economical, and with a truly wild visual style unlike just about any other game I've seen. As calling cards go this one packs a wallop and I'm really eager to see where CASE go from here. It apparently cost CD Projekt $300 million to make Cyberpunk 2077. I'm not clever enough to develop that thought or tie it into the rest of this review, I'm just putting that out there.
Do you like David Lynch? Do you like Cronenberg? Do you like those Taiwanese CGI news clips? You'll like this.
This is a really fun game. I haven't played an FMV Game in a very long time (like 10 years), but the thought of this being gruesome and based on 80's horror intrigued me. I was not disappointed, it was funny, gory and had enough endings to make me play through a few times. (I managed to get the lot in an evening) The game is £3.99, which is an absolute bargain. Anyone moaning about it not being long enough, it literally cost you the price of a cup of coffee, you get at least 2 maybe 3 hours story from it, which is fair. My only gripe is the save system and that it doesn't have multiple save slots which can be frustrating if you have made a bad decision. (I have been told it will change with the next game, and possibly this one) Worth every penny. If you like horror films, and the quirky amusing nature of 80's slasher films, then this is for you. Also join the discord channel, the devs are super friendly.
It's a short and twisted game, full of horrific tennis puns as promised. What's not to love?
