So far, I have played Mage Rage for 2.4 hours. I was originally planning to sit down and try it for an hour but I got sucked in and played for almost two and a half hours and I think that speaks volumes for how entertaining and addictive the game is. There is definitely work to be done on the game but the devs seem committed to patching and improving where required. Quite enjoyable, I would suggest to anyone who likes MOBA style games! Full disclosure: I am friends with one of the devs and was thanked in the Credits of the game, but I paid for this copy of the game and I have given a truly honest review here. Have a great day!!

About This Game
An honest letter from developers.
Dear players.
As a newly formed Indie game company, this was our first game. So we feel obligated to be 100% honest with you. Here, you can read what was our roadmap and what you can expect from this game.
Our roadmap was simple and clear. When we first started developing Mage Rage, Action RPG was really popular so we wanted to be a part of it. We designed a Hack & Slash game mode and our goal was adding a lore, story mode and co-op option.
While working on Mage Rage, we applied for many funding but could not get any. We tried to cover all the expenses on our own. After a while, we were not able to keep doing that. Also, worldwide Covid 19 restrictions did not help so we had to quit developing after a year full of joy and happiness.
Like mentioned before, we were working on a lore, story mode and co-op mechanics. We were also working on more playable characters, new maps, passive skills, global leaderboard and map events but we had to scrap all of them out.
So what can you expect from Mage Rage? If you like single player games and challenging yourself or if you are looking for a game to clear your head and play it for a couple of hours this may be a game for you.
About bugs. Since we could not build a big community, we could not get as much feedback as we expected. We fixed every single bug we encountered and reported from players. We can assure you that there is not a single game breaking bug in the game.
You can read more about Mage Rage down below, thank you for reading.

User Reviews
Easy to play, challenging in higher scores. Pros: -Infinite level system -Scaling enemies -Different variant of skills -Fun to play
Overall a good game. Updates constantly, bugs getting fixed, new features and QOL updates added, developers listen to suggestions. A lot skills to use creates a nice and diverse gameplay. Enemies are scaled up in difficulty so game doesn't get boring. Co-op would be nice addition.
Highly recommended!
Goodish kinda game. I did not mind it but I cant help but feel that is missing a few things. An inventory system would be good along with some characters to choose from. This may be too much to ask for I know but this would make the game far better. Still, for the price you pay, you do get a good game for it.
Have to disagree with people saying this is any good. It was extremely boring, it should be early access with the level of unpolished that it is.
Fun and addictive game, very good to pass time :>
Fun for killing couple of hours. Game is pretty difficult at start but gets easier and easier with every level. Well balanced and pretty visuals. Definitely recommended.
Such a fun game to play, cheap and a good time killer. Don't have much RPG elements yet pretty enjoyable to play.
maybe the worst game ever made
