Content

In the year 20XX there was a soldier who executed an experiment
for fighting a pollutant in space wich ended in desaster and endanged
it even more. Now a scientist established a unit of explorers and fighters
who have to clean it up as well as make it through the obstacles that
may show up. Or let's call it solve conflicts.

Tranject is a 2D-space-shooter with a complex story about cleaning space and
collecting green essence. The base game as well as a possible expansion is developed
by Jadon-K. Fischer.

Mixed feelings: The text ingame is in English but contains excessive amounts of typos, grammatical and punctuation errors, and phrases that seem misused. This could be the intention of the developer, but it doesn't seem clear one way or the other. The controls are basic but it feels lacking in tutorial. Ingame, there are a number of graphical and mechanical bugs/glitches that should be fixed (Namely, player collisions with walls/obstacles and the sideways motion of spaceships). The main gameplay seems like it should be refined more, to lessen the learning curve and possibly add more fallback mechanics. I am interested to see how this plays out, and I hope that the developer fixes some of these problems. If the developer isn't a native english speaker, I can assist in translating the game into standard United States English. Once the core gameplay loop is fixed, I will change my review to a positive recommendation. Edit: It has been 3 hours and I seem unable to pass the first level,...
